The service departments at Industrial Engines Ltd are equipped with a wide selection of special machines, tools and equipment for the assembly, service and remanufacturing of complete engine and power packages. Putting this state-of-the-art equipment to good use is a team of certified technicians with over 40 years of combined experience.

Our shops and service departments utilize an assembly line for the efficient production of power packages being engineered for specific applications. A manufacturing area is devoted to the production of fabricated parts required in the assembly of industrial power packages, generating sets, etc. A paint booth is conveniently located for the painting of engines and equipment. Overhead cranes cover the shop area to handle the movement of heavier equipment.

To ensure every product that leaves the shop is fit for duty in the field we utilize an engine dynamometer test room, capable of handling units in excess of 1,000-HP and 1,500 ft. lbs. of torque. Other quality control equipment onsite includes a load bank for testing generator sets and a marine transmission tester.
